CBD Sleep Drops: Release the dropper under your tongue and hold for 30 seconds to absorb. For optimum effect, take just before bed.

CBD Pillow Mist: Shake well before use. Just before bed, hold the bottle 30cm away your bed and mist 2 to 4 times all over the pillow.
